Peer Review

All manuscripts submitted to IJMEA undergo an initial selection and assessment process overseen by the Managing Editor. This process ensures adherence to the journal's writing guidelines, focus, and high academic quality standards. Each manuscript is evaluated anonymously by at least two reviewers following a double-blind policy. Should a manuscript not meet specific criteria, the author will have the opportunity to revise it according to the provided guidelines; however, there is a possibility of rejection without revision.

Manuscripts that pass the initial selection phase are then forwarded to a minimum of two expert reviewers in the respective field. These reviewers provide scientific assessments and constructive feedback to enhance the manuscript's content. The review process typically spans a maximum of two weeks and may entail one or more rounds of revision.

The final decision on whether to accept an article rests with the Editor, who considers the comments and recommendations of the reviewers. The sequence of publication for accepted articles is determined by the Editor-in-Chief, factoring in the submission date, geographical distribution of authors, and thematic relevance.

Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by anonymous reviewers based on their contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The editorial team endeavors to communicate review results to authors promptly, typically within a timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks.
