GUIDE TO MANUSCRIPT WRITING
1. The manuscript is typed with the MS Word program with Arial letters, spaced 1. Page length 7-15 pages on A4 size HVS paper, with Right and Left edge respectively: 3cm, Upper edge: 6 cm, and Bottom edge: 4 cm
2. Pictures or tables are required in the form of jpeg
3. Titles, Author, and Abstract are written in one column, while the contents of the text are written in two columns.
4. The accompanying manuscripts and illustrations are the publisher's legal property and are not allowed to be published in other publications other than the publisher's permission. Manuscripts can be edited by editors if needed without changing the meaning of the contents
Systematics of Writing Research Results
Manuscripts of research results are presented systematically as follows:
1. TITLE
- In English with Cambria letters 16, spaced 1, and bold.
- Must describe the contents of the writing concisely and clearly.
- Include 10-15 words (no more than 15 words).
2. AUTHOR
- The author's name (without title) is written in Cambria with a size of 11, and bold. (Front name, Last name)
Example: Author Name1, Author Name2 and Author Name1,2
- The institution's name is written in the letters Cambria size 11.
Example:
1 Name of Department 1, Name of Institution 1, Name of City 1, Name of Country 1
2 Name of Department 2, Name of Institution 2, Name of City 2, Name of Country 2
3. ABSTRACT
Please pay attention to the abstract:
- Written in English Not more than 300 words.
- Using the letters Cambria size 11 in one paragraph, space 1.
- Contains the essence of all writing consisting of Research result, Background, Objective, Method, Result, Conclusion
- Include 3-5 keywords and e-mail correspondence using Cambria size 11.
4. CONTENT
a. Introduction
Explain the background and objectives of the research clearly. Introduction includes background, problem formulation, and writing objectives.
b. Methodology
Methodology included materials and tools used, time, place, design, and procedures for conducting research. The methodology can be divided into one or more parts according to the research requirements. Provide sufficient detail so that the work can be produced. Replace with the text of the article, including the title if necessary. Tables and figures can be one or two columns in size as needed. During the production process, they will be placed at the top or bottom of the column after the first time they are cited in the text.
c. The results and discussion
The results are stated clearly and if necessary are equipped with tables, illustrations, and photographs which are numbered consecutively in the text. The table title is written on it. The discussion explains the results of the study by reading the problem, associated with previous research and the possibility of its development.
This section should explore the significance of the results rather than repeat them. A combined Results and Discussion section is often necessary. Avoid extensive quotations and discussions of published literature.
For figures and tables, be sure to insert the source and citation at the bottom of the figure or table. Figures must be of high enough quality for reference and individual figure files larger than 10 MB must be uploaded separately. The image must be converted to one of the following formats:
EPS (or PDF): for vector drawings and embed fonts or save the text as 'graphics'.
TIFF (or JPG): for color or grayscale (halftone) photos use a minimum of 300 dpi.
TIFF (or JPG): for bitmap line drawings a minimum of 1000 dpi is required.
TIFF (or JPG): for bitmap/halftone line combinations (color or greyscale) a minimum of 500 dpi is required.
For tables, please submit tables as editable text and not as images. Number the tables sequentially according to their appearance in the article and ensure that the data presented in the tables do not duplicate the results described in other parts of the article.
If the figure/table is larger than the example above, it can be placed in the middle of the page.
If there are equations in your article, please write them as text that can be edited using the Equation Editor in MS Word and not as an image. Please write the equation number on the right side.
d. Conclusions
Conclusions are the final part of the writing that shows the answers to the objectives stated in the introduction. In the short conclusion section, after the results and discussion sections, you can separately present the main conclusions of the study.
e. Acknowledgments
This section is optional. List the names of institutions or individuals who provided assistance during the research here, for example, those who provided capital, those who helped with language preparation, provided assistance as proof of reading articles, etc.
5. REFERENCE
Please ensure that any citations referenced in the text are also included in the reference list. Unpublished research results and personal communications are not recommended in the reference list but may be mentioned in the article text. These references, if included in the reference list, must follow the journal's standard referencing style by replacing the publication date with 'Unpublished results' or 'Personal communication'. A reference citation with the caption 'in press' states that the reference has been accepted and is waiting to be published.
Software such as Zotero or Mendeley can be used to automatically cite references in texts and reference lists. Reference styles can be downloaded on this journal's website.
